I am creating a new course with video that I shot recently. When I play the video on my computer from the file, the audio is fine. However, when the video is uploaded into Storyline 360, there is barely any audio. On a scale of 1-100, it's a 1. The video volume is up, the computer volume is up. When I go to other courses that I've made in the past, the audio from the videos play fine. It's an .mov file.

Would you mind sharing that .mov file with our team privately here? That way, we can import it into Storyline 360 on our side to see if we run into the same problem.
