Audio does not play

I have an articulate file where in random situations, a particular file does not play its audio. I've been able to reproduce this intermittently on Chrome, sometimes IE, so I do not believe it's a browser issue.
Do you have any strategies for ensuring that audio files preload and play correctly? Is there a "do not do" of implementing audio files that can somehow cut them off, or prevent them from playing because of things like, memory allocation, number of resources on the page, size of the files, etc. ?

Not sure if I experienced the same issue, but I was able to resolve my intermittent audio problems by setting the "When revisiting:" to SET TO INITIAL STATE on each slide and layer.

Have you been able to determine if there is a particular set up that causes your audio to play or not to play? Could you share your .story file here with us so that we could try doing a bit of testing as well to see if we experience a similar audio issue?
