When I review a published course on my iPad, all of the audio works and sounds fine, except on slides where I recorded the audio as part of a screen capture video. What causes this issue and how do I fix it?
Are you viewing the HTML5 output? If so, only one media element will play at a time in mobile Safari which can impact your screen recordings as described here.
I have published the course with Include HTML 5 output and Use Articulate Mobile Player on iPad. I can now hear the audio when I play the course through the iPad, however the audio is scratchy and has very poor quality. Any suggestions?
Is the audio different on the audio vs. the Flash version you'd view on your desktop/laptop? If it's the same across both versions, you may want to check into changing the publish quality settings (you'll find this on the Publish window -> Properties):
If it's just the iPad version that has the unusual audio, first I'd want to check that you were using the latest versions of Storyline (update 5) and the Mobile player (version 2.15) and which iOS you were using (newest is iOS7). If you're up to date on everything and still experiences issues with your audio, I'd like to take a look at your course and see if I'm able to reproduce on my iPad. If you'd like you can share the Storyline file here with us, or if you'd prefer you can share it privately with me and I can send you directions on how to do so.

I'm up to date on everything and it is only the ipad version that has audio issues. How can I send you the presentation privately?
I just sent you directions privately.
