Hello. I have a little problem... On a slide I have a button that when pressed plays an audio file. My problem is that whenever a user leaves and returns to the slide the audio attached to the button plays itself again. I have revisiting set to "Resume saved state." What else can I do? Is there any way around this?
Hi, Anthony -- Thanks for your question and sorry to hear of your troubles! May I ask if you are testing the published output in the intended environment or where it will ultimately be accessed by learners?
As the article states, "If you view an Articulate Storyline course on your local hard drive (or send it to someone else to view on their local hard drive), you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, Flash Player, and network that'll cause various features of your content to fail. To properly test your published content and share it with others, upload it to the environment for which it was published."
If issues persist, you are always welcome to upload your file so that others can take a closer look, as well!
