I'm having weird sound issues with one course. The sound is fine on a PC. There is no sound on my Android device (yes, I know Android is not supported) and the sound is very tinny and broken up on an iPhone. I've checked the audio bitrate, and it's fine.
Has anybody else experienced issues? I'll check with our LMS provider as well, but I'm just trying to rule things out right now.
What format is the audio file? I've had recent issues where the audio file didn't sound as good as the raw file. I converted the file to .mp3 which improved it. Hope this helps.
I'm using Storyline 2. I didn't realize that Android was now supported (or is it?) I haven't had a chance to test is yet outside the LMS. I suspect it may be a file compression issue, though.

Hi Sarah!
Are you utilizing Storyline 1 then, I ask because you mention that Android is not supported.
Do you experience the same behavior if you test the content in SCORM Cloud or is it limited to your LMS?
Hi Stephen
Good question. The original files were .wav. Normally I import at .mp3. It may therefore be a compression issue.
Worth a try :-)

It is Sarah :)

Excellent news. Thanks, Stephanie.
