We have one course which is created using Articulate Storyline 360. While doing the testing we noticed that there is a audio lagging/syncing issue when we are running the course using IE browser. But when we run the course using chrome browser, the course run smoothly.
First, are you on the latest update of Storyline 360? To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.22.17236.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Also, is the published course hosted on a learning management system or a web server?
Hi Amey! That's a great question, regarding Storyline 3. We have an issue that we're investigating with audio experiencing intermittent syncing issues in IE11. If you're seeing this behavior only with output from Storyline 3, I suspect it's the issue you're facing.
I'll add this discussion to our report so we can update you on any changes.
Thanks for confirming that, Amey. We don't have similar reports of this behavior for Storyline 360, so the next best step is to work with our support team to find the cause, and hopefully, the solution!

We are experiencing same issue in our courses at client side. We tested the course on LMS and local both and see the issue. So have we received any update on SL 3 on this audio sync issue?
We have Storyline 3 (version: Update 7: 3.7.20003.0) installed on Windows 10.
Thank you for checking back on this issue where audio doesn't play properly in Internet Explorer. Currently, we are still looking into this issue. If I have any updates to share, I'll report back to this discussion!
Is it possible to use Chrome? We haven't heard any issues with the audio when using Chrome.
We haven't heard reports of this behavior for Storyline 360, so I'm glad you reached out! A few questions:
Which Internet Explorer 11 update are you using to view the content? Click the ⚙️ icon, then About Internet Explorer.
Does the audio lag occur on all courses or a certain one? If you can share an affected .story file for testing, we can test it in another LMS environment. You can use this upload link to share it privately.
Any clues you can share would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Alyssa,
Thank you for your prompt response!
I have the latest updated version of Storyline 360. (3.22.17236).
And the course is hosted on Learning Management System.
Just asking the below question out of my curiosity.
Is it possible, if we published the course using Storyline 3 and not the Storyline 360, then this lagging issue is occuring?
Thanks,
Amey

Hi Crystal,
We tried publishing the course using Articulate Storyline 360, but still we face the same audio lagging issue in IE browser.
Is there any other solution to this issue?
