I am publishing a scorm 1.2 course and the video (mp4 files) play fine with audio in several tests in my plataform LMS, but for some notebooks of the company, the audio didn’t work.... is it possible to be some course configuration? Is there any limitation of SCORM content?

How many users/notebooks are encountering this audio issue (for example, is it half of the people who tested the course? Or maybe only one or two?)?
Are the affected users using the same browser to access the LMS?
Are all the notebooks in the same network?
If you can get a hold of one of the affected notebooks for testing, it would be interesting to try your course in SCORM Cloud (an industry-standard testing engine). Check out this step-by-step article!
If it works in SCORM Cloud, I suggest you contact your LMS for help troubleshooting, as it's likely on their end.
