Audio No Longer Working

Up until the last couple of weeks, I have been able to edit all my audio files as desired. Last week, I lost the ability to edit the audio files, and now the audio won't even play when I preview the slide. I have a video on the same slide that works just fine, so it's not the actual audio settings. It's like there is something wrong with Storyline 360, and it's no longer working properly. Does anyone have any suggestions?
To give you a little background, I was attempting to add a short music intro to this project (IST/724). It worked fine on another project (IST/710), and I tried the same method I used before. However, it's not working now.

Hi Stephanie, are you familiar with the browser developer tools? If you hit F12 and open them up before you navigate to the slide with the audio, the Console or Network tab might be reporting an error that will give a clue as to what the problem is.
I'm happy to take a look at your published file too if you are not familiar with developer tools.
