Audio Not Working in Preview or Published

Hi there,

My audio is not working when I preview mode or publish a course. I had the previous version of Articulate 360 installed and the file worked, I then upgraded to the most recent version and I get the error. Also, if I open a file that previously worked, the audio now has the same problem. The audio does appear in the timeline, is not hidden and I can hear it when clicking on it to listen in the audio editor.

I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall, reverted to the previous version of 360, checked that my speakers aren't conflicting and many other suggestions in the discussions

It sounds like others in the community have had the same problem. At this point, we cannot publish any course and this is very frustrating. I would appreciate any other solutions.

Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry that you are running into this roadblock.

Let me ask you a few questions to narrow down the problem:

When you publish your file, which option do you choose (Review 360, Web, LMS, etc.)?
If publishing for the web or LMS, are you viewing your published content locally (on your hard drive) or after uploading it to a server or Learning Management System?
Does the audio start playing if you click on the screen?
