The scene has 39 slides. On 5 slides, the audio works fine in preview but is not working when the scene is published. there are also 2 knowledge checks not working properly.
I looked through your project, and here's what I found out:

The knowledge checks had feedback layers, but those were not connected to the feedback in Form View:

This appears to be related to a bug we have logged, where the trigger to "jump to next slide" attached to a hotspot causes trigger "when user clicks outside" to fire up automatically on the next slide.
When the user clicks the hotspot on one slide, if the next slide has a trigger to show the hint layer when the user clicks outside the hotspot, the layer will show up when the timeline starts.
I added this discussion to the report so we can share news when we have any updates, but in the meantime, here are the workarounds:
Create a Hint button the user has to click to show the layer.
Add a hotspot covering the entire slide except for the answer, and use "when the user clicks" trigger instead of "when the user clicks outside".
On your edited version below, I disabled the triggers to show the hint layer.
