Audio on Layer 2

Hello,

I've a problem with muting an audio after returning back to the layer where I've inserted. Last week I've resolved a problem where the audio is inserted on the base layer. This time around the same variables doesn't work on the 2nd layer. What i intending to do is to insert an audio on layer 2 then proceed to layer 3 then return to layer 2 without having the audio played back for the second time. Any idea how this works? Perhaps is there a tutorial that I could refer to to learn more about audio on articulate?

I took a look and did not see your original file so that I could take a look. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening.
