Hello. I have a few courses done in Storyline 360. There is audio and then text or images fading in or out in sync with the audio. In the Preview, the timing is in sync and working correctly. When I publish the course to our LMS (AICC) there is a lag where the audio plays right away as we want, but the blue progress bar is frozen and starts 2-4 seconds later on each slide. This causes the timing of the text/graphics to lag behind the audio and now not be in sync. Occasionally the blue bar moves slightly then stops and restarts. We have tried on different browsers. Any insights would be appreciated. I am thinking I could add a few seconds of silence to the start of the audio on each slide but want to make sure there isn't something else I am missing. Thank you.

What version of Storyline 360 are you using? Click on the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Are you comfortable with sharing the .story file for testing? You can send it privately to me through this link. I'll gauge the performance in SCORM Cloud and delete it after!
When I upload the attachment as directed above and I click The Upload File button, it turns light blue, the cursor turns to a red circle with a slash through it and it just stays like that. How long should the upload take?
