I need help. I have been attempting to change several Articulate Presenter (2013) files today and invariably each time I open a file the audio completely wipes out as does the player I had previously installed. Any ideas? I am using Office 2013 and Windows 8.

Looks like the file was corrupted. I ended up deleting the .story and creating a new import, and now everything looks good.
