We have an Articulate Storyline 2 project published as HTML5. There is significant use of voice over. It has worked fantastic over the last year, but in the last couple months, we are getting more reports that Chrome users are having audio issues, to where sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Is this a known issue with recent versions of Chrome??

Sorry that's happening! Thanks for reaching out to let us know about it. Is this something you've been able to recreate in your Chrome browser?
Also, can you share your project file with me? I'd like to test it on my end, as well. If you'd like to keep it private, use this form instead.
I think we may have fixed this with the Articulate updater:
