This issue has come up over the last few months. Courses we build (html5/flash fallback) freeze at random points and have to be restarted. Sometimes it will go through much of the course, and other times it will freeze up after 2 or 3 slides. No rhyme or reason. This happens even when run locally, and on all three major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome). This is starting to cause major issues for us and our clients. Really need some help...
