I'm currently creating an e-Learning module which features a 'try video' and I'm having problems with a back button...
On the first slide of my 'try' scene I have put in a back button to move the user back to the introduction slide in case they want to clarify steps before proceeding.
I have set the back button to 'Jump to' the required slide but when I click the button in preview nothing happens...
Hi Louis one important thing, If you preview only single slide then it would not either jump ahead or back. you have to preview the whole scene to see if this is working. If the problem persist it would be good if you share .story file.
