I would really appreciate if someone could guide me please.
I have mainly created slides with screen recordings and added a back and next button on the slides. The next button seems to be working fine however the back button is not working as it should be. The moment I press the back button it takes me to the previous slide but in split of a second comes back to the current slide. How can I resolve this issue?
1. is the slide set to 'advance automatically' in the slide properties - Yes it is set to advance automatically as my entire course is a video recording.
2. there is a jump to next slide when the timeline ends but not in start.
3. I haven't used the slide master so don't know where to check this option
I would follow through on Wendy's comments, I would presume that the slide is set to resume saved state or automatic so is already at the end so is jumping to next slide.
Yes Phil its on automatic as its a training video showing step by step functionality of a system. I will check again if its set to resume from saved state or not.
Looks like you are getting some assistance here and thanks for popping in with an update. If you need further assistance, you are welcome to share your .story file for us to take a look.
Thank you so much for the support. I followed Wendy's comments and it seems to be working now. However if i still face issues i would definitely get back to you with the .story file.
