I have a module that I am updating. It was built in storyline1 and I updated to storyline 2. I now have a glitch where some of the back buttons aren't working and I cant see why. Does anyone know if this is an issue or just a one off?
Are you letting storyline (player controls I assume ) assign the back/previous button or are you setting up the back/previous trigger to go said slide.
Hmmm, Do the button shapes have states assigned (they can cause issue). Are the buttons on top of the timeline( make sure no other image with an alpha is covering the button), and in the trigger window move the button triggers to the top. I have found that the order of the triggers can cause this issues.
But in the end you may have to rebuilding the button or slide unfortunately.

They are buttons I have added myself and added the previous trigger
Are the buttons made from images or from shapes from storyline?
Shapes from storyline

Thanks Jack for working through this with Nicole, and for your ideas!
Nicole, if you'd like to share your original Storyline 1 file, we're happy to test out upgrading to see if any triggers are broken in the process.
