I have created a layered slide where I have had to add an additional slide to what was inserted. I did this by duplicating the last slide. What has happened though is the information from the base layer is appearing like a watermark on this slide and I can't figure out how to remove it.

Do you mean you added another layer by duplicating a previous layer? or you have duplicated the slide with layers? If it is a layer, you should be able to select the option 'hide option on base layer' or use the eye icon on the timeline to hide objects. If that doesn't work it maybe the slide/layer layout you are using.
Can you share the slide Robert, might be easier to help you.
Hi Wendy, I have accidentally posted this under our IT persons profile. My name is Mandy and I have not got an IT background. This is my first module and I will be the main person creating these modules. I have attached a screen dump of the page I am having issues with.
When you look at it, there are multiple slides that I have duplicated as I was trying to figure out by cutting and pasting into a new slide what the issue was.

Hi Mandy
are you able to share the .story file - might make it easier to help you if we can work with your specific file setup.
Just upload using the grey 'add attachment' button in the bottom of the post.

Hi Mandy
I just worked on slide 3.8 - and imported it into a new file so it's the only slide.
This is just one way of doing it - I followed what you had done in 3.7 which was to hide objects on the base layer in the timeline
Thanks for your help Wendy.
