I have an issue with the base layer in a course I've created with Storyline 360. Several of the items on the base layer are not viewable while editing. They view correctly when the file is published or previewed but do not show when editing. The items are present in the timeline and you can select them, but you cannot see them. This is only occuring on the base layer. I would appreciate any suggestions to correct.
Try removing all the items from the base layer and adding them back one-by-one, previewing each time you add a new one. This sometimes helps identify whether it's one of the elements that's causing the issue.
