My courses for my employees have to sit on a common drive (we don't have an LMS or an intranet and I'm not allowed to use Articulate Online). I would like a more intuitive way for participants to be able to launch the course rather than to have to pick from the list of files created, since (in a perfect world) they should access these courses without be being present and having to walk them through how to launch the course. Is this a pipe dream?

Include the link in an email, or a link on a web page.
I typically create an HTML file called courseware.html in my text editor and point things correctly using <A> html tags for clients
