Ive tried to upload a jpg. image on a slide, it looks fine when working with slide, but the image change with a black background in previewmode and when I publish.
I'm sorry you're having an issue with your image when previewing or publishing! It looks like the image is skewed in the slide and Storyline is trying to correct that skewing when outputting your course. Would you be willing to share your course here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at what's going on?
