The quality of the text within the published output is something that we've shared with our Quality Assurance team as needing attention, and that they're continuing to work on for future updates to Storyline. I don't have a timeframe to offer in regards to when that update may be available, but we'll share the information here in the forums when there are additional updates.
We don't have any updates for the text quality issue at the moment.
However, if you haven't already, I'd recommend installing Update 5.

In the meantime, please make sure that you're subscribed to this thread as well as our other social networks. When we have more information regarding this and other enhancements and fixes, we'll share this with the community.
Unfortunately, when I installed the Storyline Update 5, things got worse rather then getting better. It messed up Menu text size and display. So I had to revert back to the older version! :-(

Also, it's worth noting that Chrome is the supported browser for HTML5 output on your PC or Mac as detailed here in the viewing requirements and at the bottom of this comparison chart.

Thank you very much for your help on this issue.
I know you said that you can't give me time frame but if you can give me any update regarding this then it will be much appreciated.
We desperately need this problem solved as our client is not accepting the output.
