Bookmarking Issue set to 'Promt to Resume'

My course is having a bookmarking issue. I'm building a course and everything is working properly when I preview it and when I publish it and post to our test site. However, when it is launched on to our LMS (SABA) and the learner exists the course, it takes you back to specific slides in the course, rather than the spots that the learner actually left off at. For example, no matter how far past slide 14/19 you get in Module 3 of 7, it will always take you back to slide 14/19 in Module 3 of 7 when you answer 'Yes' to do you want to 'Resume where you left off?'. Has anyone ever encountered this? I have been through ever screen and every trigger and everything looks right. I can not figure out what is causing this issue.
