I am using Storyline 1 and am having problems with bullet points. When I look at the screen they are fine but when I preview or publish they appear as clock faces. Can anybody suggest a solution?
Welcome to the community. I just want to verify that you are working locally with your files as described here. Has this happened in previous file, or is this the first time? You could also share the .story file here if you would like us to take a look.
Unfortunately I am not seeing the clocks when previewing or publishing this file. Can you check out the published output here. You may want to follow the steps here if you continue to have issues.
Bullet points may become clock icons in your published output if you've installed Windows Update KB3013455. See this article for more information and a solution.

I would definitely suggest using the repair steps as mentioned above. You can also then try importing the file into a new file and see if this helps.
