Button Changed after Save

So yesterday i was doing my storyline 2 as usually after i finished the project i publish it and save for the back up.
Today after i do some check on the published project i need to do some minor change on the *story file. So when i open the storyline and open the project, i notice some of next button on my slide have change into another state (another picture), so i do some change at the button using the one that i need, and when i do save and open again. It happen again, anyone ever have the same experience??
*as you can see button on 1.png is the correct one and when i save and open again, it turned to button on 2.png. All slide should have button looks like 1.png not 2.png*

is it because one is initial state of 'normal' and one is initial state of 'disabled' or that is the issue?
both of them was suppose to be same image (refer to the 1.png notice theres a blue, darker blue) but when i save and come back again, some of them automaticly switched to disabled and the graphic/ image changed to something else
