I am having a problem when my course is used through an LMS. I have made a continue button on some slide layers the trigger on the button is to close the layer. The problem is that the buttons work intermittently.
Has anyone else had this problem? Or any ideas please.
I experienced this issue a few weeks ago with a course published to LMS without HTML5. As a troubleshooting exercise I went through and checked that there were no 'jump to slide' conflicting triggers (or others like that) that could have caused an issue and I also tested it locally. Can I ask what LMS you are using - we found we had considerable issues with moodle but few instances of this tricksy behaviour in other LMS'.
thanks for your reply. We have tested it on SCORMcloud and the Articulate test and the issue is the same. I have checked all the layers and there is only the one trigger on each layer.
Will continue to try. If I find a solution I will let you know

Looks like you took Harri's advice and have connected with Cleo on our support team (case # 00392723 for my reference) and he's doing some testing on the files you shared. I'll continue to follow along.

Unfortunately I didn't find a solution.
Good luck

You could also try submitting a support case to get the techy guys to look into it.
However, because it's an intermittent problem they may not be able to replicate it.
