No built-in methods come to mind, unfortunately. Though, one thought would be to create single video screen recordings of the sections you'd like to use and/or modify. Not really sure what elements of the video you're wanting to change or edit, though, so it really depends on how you're wanting to do this.
I don't know yet what I need to edit, so I think I need to use another tool like Camtasia to edit the video, create an edited video file, and then import that into Storyline. I can then add other content to create a course and use the video as one of the slides.
