Hi Sarah, I don't think the colour of the incorrect/correct bars can be changed in the theme. It looks like this is something that cannot be edited. Seems strange, I hope I'm wrong on this one.
You can add your own "Review" layer to each question which will be shown when questions are reviewed, but this "Review" layer will appear with the incorrect/correct bar at the bottom of the slide.
Hi Sarah, all you need to do is add a layer called "Review" to your question templates, and add the content that you want to appear on the layer. When being reviewed, Storyline will automatically show the Review layer if present.

If I make a new Review layer, how would it indicate whether the response
was correct or incorrect? I still need that indicated, just not with a bar
at the bottom because it's covering some of the quiz data.
