Can't access Articulate

I created an account.  I can see my dashboard and preferences.  However, when I login I get stuck.  When I see the Rise/Storyline apps page and click to access for download, i just get returned to the same page and it indicates "signin" in the top right corner.

I'd be happy to help - and I see you also connected with my colleague, Amlan too! Were you able to work through the suggestions he shared in the article: Articulate 360 Desktop App: Can't Sign In

If so, and you're still having trouble, can you share the following with us here or by responding to Amlan in email: 

  • It looks like you're using Chrome to visit 360.articulate.com? 
  • Can you try accessing the site using a different browser or incognito/private browsing? 
  • Try logging in by visiting account.articulate.com and once logged in there navigate to Articulate 360 as shown here. 

Let us know how it goes, and we'll continue troubleshooting from there!
