I'm trying to import an Engage '09 slide into Storyline, however I'm receiving an error message stating it is not compatible. The computer that Storyline is on also has Engage '13. Is it possible this is creating problem for me to import the slide I create in Engage '09 which is on a separate computer?
When you install Engage '13 it would have removed the Engage 09 program and files, and you'll need to have an activate Engage 09 license on the computer to import directly into Storyline. If you have Engage 09 on another computer you may want to transfer your Storyline file to that computer (just be sure to work on it locally - but you can follow the workflow here to send it to the other computer) and then conduct the import.
