I can search for and find photos, icons, and videos without problem, but I can't get any illustration results, no matter what I search for. I subscribed yesterday and didn't run into this problem during the trial.
I've restarted the application and checked for updates. There weren't any. I'm using Storyline 360 64-bit. I don't think it would make sense to check my network settings because I'm on my computer at home. Everything used to work fine, and I can still search for and find most types of content, just not illustrations.
I'm happy to let you know that the Content Library issue has been resolved! Illustrations are now loading.
