One of my team's member is dealing with a strange problem with Stoyline 360.
After a few moments working on a project, Storyline changes abruptly to Slide Master View and doesn't let him change back to the other views. He have to shut down the program, and even after he open it again the same problem occurs. He uninstalled Storyline, used CCleaner to wipe the all the registry files, and the problem couldn't be solved...
I think I read that F4 is the keyboard shortcut to display Slide Master view. Make sure nothing is hitting that key at the top of his keyboard, or make sure the key isn't stuck.

Is Storyline 360 installed on the local hard drive, or on a network drive? Also, have you double-checked that the system meets these requirements?
