In the attached file I converted a free-form slide into a Pick One Question. I have two shapes off slide that are the objects of the Pick One.
As the learner moves the slider to True, I set the value = 3 for the slider. I created a trigger to change the state of the off slide shape "True" to Selected.
As the learner moves the slider to False, I set the value = 1 for the slider. I created a trigger to change the state of the off slide shape "False" to Selected.
Make sure that you include the question in your results slide, Quiz Settings. Although I didn't see your file, I assume that either you did not convert your slide into a free-form question or the question is not included in your results slide.
