Cannot connect to Articulate authentication server

OK, this is rather weird. I have Articulate 360, and when I try to open a Story file, it prompts me to Log In to continue. I initiate the process, but then, after trying to hit the server, I'm returned to a local address telling me the connection was refused and that I cannot connect. I have tried four different internet connections with no luck.

 

I can log in via articulate.com, but Storyline does not recognize that as a valid login. I put in a ticket but have not heard back yet. I'm hoping someone has advice; I am trying to put the finishing touches on a project to show to a client this week.

For reference, I am on a Mac using Parallels to run Articulate, Storyline, and Studio.

Sorry for the trouble logging in. Great idea to open a case as well. I see you've connected with my teammate, Mick, who suggested downloading and installing the latest Articulate Desktop app version to fix the issue.
