Hi, I have a course with a link to a PDF that won't work. It works fine in Review, but when published to the LMS it will not open. I'm getting Server Error 404, but the file is in the folder where the path directs it to and I've removed all invalid characters from the file name.
Could the LMS be blocking access to it? Try uploading it to SCORM Cloud and testing to see if it opens there. If it does, I'd reach out to your LMS admin about how external files are opening/being blocked.
Also, you may want to see how that behaves in a few different browsers too. Any of the ones supported here for Storyline 360 should work, and you could check that list against what your LMS supports.

I'll try scorm cloud. I doubt it's the LMS because it's one of 5 files in the course and it's the only one not opening. Thanks, I'll follow up.
