cannot open storyline or replay any more :-(

Hello,

i cannot open storyline 1 or articulate replay any more. I get the message:

"Flash player 10 or higher for internet explorer is required to run....Woud you like to go to a webpage and download it now?"

Through the adobe.com site i have checked that the lates flashplayer version is installed on my computer. It is also enabled for internet explorer and active x filtering is turned off. I don´t know what to do any more. Both programms won´t even open.
