I have here a pretty basic Articulate Storyline module with 18 slides hosted on Canvas LMS.
I would like to have this module graded 100% if the students viewed the 18 slides or 0% if they didn't. And that they can stop and restart the module however they like. But no matter what I do (1 slide or 18 viewed) I always get the 0%.
I've tried kind of all the possibilities between report status (passed/incomplete and the 3 others) and LMS type (1.2, 2004 all editions). It is always the same thing.
I have also tried to upload my package on the SCORM Cloud, and the tracking works fine no matter the option selected.
It sounds like you've done a lot of troubleshooting on your end already- I'm sorry this has been slowing you down!
Testing it out in SCORM Cloud was the perfect move. Since it worked well there, I'd recommend reaching right out to Canvas LMS for some insight into what's happening.
Perhaps other members of the community here with Canvas experience will also be able to chime in with ideas!

I actually had reached them out before posting here, and they of course had sent me to Articulate.
I will try again to talk to them and keep you posted if i find a solution.
