I've set the trigger to be for when timeline starts on a given slide. However, it only appears when shifting between two slides in the menu screen of preview, even though there is no content on the second slide and no other triggers.
When I delete the second empty slide, the CC is no longer visible in preview.
Can you share the .story file or even just the slides with the issue Kate - it will be easier for someone to try and help you if we can work with the file as it's setup.
