Storyline doesn't currently support certificates of completion. Generally, this is a function of a learning management system (LMS). However, if you're not using an LMS, you may be able to modify the report.html file in your published output to make it look like a certificate.
You will need some HTML coding skills to modify the certificate of completion, and we don't provide support for coding.
