I just gave a go deleting the second trigger so it won't impact the order and it still doesn't work.
I have attached a sample story, I had to delete all the content due to IP reasons.
Basically, the way it should work is if you click on the "i" circle, the light blue circle on the outside should disappear but it doesn't. I tried using both visited and down states but neither work.
I'm not sure why it isn't working with the built in state - but definitely works with a custom state - so lets go with what works :-) Good luck with your project!

Hi Kuva
i suspect it may be trigger order. In any case you don't need a trigger to change state to visited when user clicks as that is an inbuilt action.
Hey Kuva - looks like Wendy has popped in to assist you here and I know that trigger order has got me a couple of times :)
If you need us to take a look at anything, please feel free to share the .story file.

Any help would be much appreciated.
Hi Kuva
see attached. I duplicated the visited state called it 'completed', deleted the visited state and then used the custom completed state in the trigger.
Hope this is what you were after.
Perfect, thanks!
So just confirming if I use the inbuilt state called 'visited' it is not working but if I create a state with a new name it works?
