Did you have the characters with Storyline 1 or 2? They're no longer available for purchase, but if you had them previously you could install and activate again with your previous serial number. If you need that information, please reach out to our team here so that they can help track down your license as I saw a few different emails for you and wasn't sure which one it was linked with.

Yes, I had the Character Bundle with Storyline 2, so it was already purchased. I cannot figure out how to add it to Storyline 3. Could someone please look up my license and get back to me? This is the email that should be used for this issue.
