I purchased Storyline and the Character bundle. Downloaded Storyline. Tried to download Character bundle and get message that it is unsafe (Microsoft message). Is this a common problem? I've gotten that message before with non articulate product and when I went ahead and downloaded computer crashed.
To my knowledge this is not a common problem. Since we know that the Articulate Character Bundle is safe, I am concerned that your environment may have a malware infection in your environment. I would recommend working with the IT expert of your choosing to perform a full, complete system scan and removal malware.
