As I watch the tutorials it seems that I'm supposed to have a lot of character options. I only have 20 animated characters and 1 photo character. Where are the rest?
Sorry that's happening! I can help you get to the bottom of it. First, have you already purchased a subscription for Articulate 360, or are you using the 30-day trial?
When you subscribe to Articulate 360, you should get instant access to all the Content Library characters. Do you see a button that says "Download from 360" in the Characters window?
If you can share a screenshot of what you see in the Characters window, that would be really helpful!
