Hi there - Actually, I had asked the Dev team at the translation company we use and they asked what font I used (mostly Arial and Calibri). They suggested to use one of these fonts:
Arial Unicode MS
PMingLiU
SimSun
SimHei
As soon as I changed the Arial font to Arial Unicode MS, it worked! And then I was able to change the fonts on the entire project in one click, so...all done!
Hi Ioulia! Can you check the top of this discussion post where it says "Subscribe?" It should read "Subscribed" for you to receive email notifications of replies. You might have unchecked the box to "Auto-subscribe" in your E-Learning Heroes profile:
