I'd love to help - so thanks for sharing the Chrome version you're using. Could you also let me know what version of Storyline you're using? You can check by going to the "Help" Tab -> "About Articulate Storyline".
Let me know if you're using either of those and still running into trouble. I'd want to take a look at your .story file to do some further testing! If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.

The latest update of Storyline 360 is build 3.29.19305.0 or Storyline 3, build 3.6.18134.0.
