Review 360 Browser Font Issues

Hi there.

I have a course that's being reviewed by multiple parties on Review 360.

All fonts in the original file are Arial.

I can view it without any problems on Internet Explorer, Safari & Chrome. Three other members of my team don't see any problems either. 

However, the client is viewing on Internet Explorer, and all the text converts to Times New Roman and throws the formatting off.

I was under the impression that Arial was universal web font. Any help?

Hi Marli,

The behavior that you are encountering is a known issue and below are the possible reasons:

  • Windows group policy is blocking untrusted fonts.
  • The font downloading setting is disabled in Internet Explorer
