I've been using the default font 'open sans' for my compiled eLearning but during testing in IE 11 we have noticed that the font appears to look more like Times Roman and letters are missing - e.g. the f from further - but when viewed in other browsers the text is correct. Has anyone else had this issue? We've tried in in and out of the LMS and the font remains incorrect in IE 11
Understandably, a lot of users aren't able to change those settings if they're imposed by a corporate IT policy. Our team is continuing to investigate creative strategies to account for that, so we'll update that article once we have more information.
I appreciate you reaching out here! Really sorry you're running into this snag with your font. Since you also reached out in this thread, let's keep the conversation going there!
In our instance it turned out the text was being corrupted by the customers fire wall security protocols. If we took the same lesson and put it within the firewall then the content displayed correctly.

Hi Noreen,
If learners see the wrong fonts only in Internet Explorer, here are two reasons why and solutions for each.

Same problem here in Presenter 360 course. Font download was already enabled so it doesn't solve the problem. It happens only in IE11.

Glad to hear that, Noreen! We have a few other recommendations outlined here too.
