The phase-out of Flash has been a long time coming, and our team has been hard at work preparing for it over the last couple of years. To provide more details, we've outlined our plans for the phase-out of Flash in this discussion. It's also good to note, that it's disabled by default but there is an option to enable it as detailed in this blog from Chrome.
What this will mean for your Storyline or Studio content viewed in Chrome today is that it'll default to the HTML5 output. If you're using Storyline 3 or Storyline 360/Studio 360 you may want to look at publishing with the option for HTML5 Only before uploading content.
