I am using Storyline to import a video file and then have quiz questions after the video to check for understanding. I had a user with Chrome 45.0 have the course load the video file but then not launch the questions. Any ideas?
Was it just one user, or that's the only one using Chrome 45? Were they accessing the Flash output or the HTML5 output? There was a particular issue with HTML5 output in Chrome that is documented here.
Also, were they testing the published output in the intended environment or locally? Testing it locally could cause odd or unintended behavior as detailed here.
Multiple users, published HTML5 output, in the actual environment (using Cornerstone LMS)
It seemed to have the issue on new computers. Older computers, even using Chrome, did not have the issue.

Hm, could there be anything else on the new computers interfering with HTML5 deployment? Are you pointing directly to the HTML5 or the users have disabled Flash? If you have a link, I can test the course as well - my computer is about 2 years old...you could also look at ruling out the LMS by uploading to SCORM Cloud an industry standard for testing SCORM content to see if they're able to view it there.
